School in the Pines has been offering its premier summer camp for more than 25 years! Our summer program includes exciting field trips (1-2 each week), awesome visitors (Kona Ice, Snake Guy, Superheroes/Princesses and more), games, projects, dress-up days, party days, daily swimming, and plenty of time to make new friends!
Summer Schedule
Summer Camp runs the entire length of Klein’s (and most area school districts) summer break
Extended Hours
Extended hours of 6:30 am – 6:30 pm
Activities Included
All field trips, special visitors, Kona Ice days, yummy snacks and daily swimming included in weekly fee

Parents only pay for weeks their child attends
Our Philosophy
We are committed to making our summer camp more than just a daycare. We want parents to be assured that their children enjoy a great experience, and we believe their kids should look forward to morning dropoff. Our summer camp is a place where children make lifelong friends and memories!
Lunch & Snack Info
During our summer camps students have the options of buying our catered lunch, or bringing their own lunch. Below is a menu of our weekly lunches. All meals include side of fruit, apple sauce, or fruit snacks and cold water. All meals are $4.50 with option to purchase extras as needed. In addition, we serve daily morning and afternoon snacks with cold water.

Popeyes
Includes 2 tenders
Extra tender is $2.00
Tuesday
Jack in the Box
Includes 2 items (cheeseburger, hamburger, chicken nuggets, or fries)
Extra items $2.00 each
Wednesday
Taco Bell
Includes 2 items (bean burrito, cheesy bean & rice burrito, soft or crunchy taco, cheesy roll ups)
Extra items $2.00 each
Thursday
Lenny’s Subs
Includes a sandwich (turkey or ham/cheese, meatball, or hot dog) and bag of chips
$3.50 for an additional sandwich
Friday
Pizza Zone
Includes four slices (cheese or pepperoni pizza)
additional slices $1.00 each
Summer Schedule
Field Trip Waivers
During the summer, we take the schoolers on weekly field trips in the surrounding area.

Registration Information
Registration is currently open. Please complete the application to be added to the summer camp waitlist.
Fees
- $65 summer supply fee due at registration for returning campers.
- $75 summer supply fee due at registration for new campers.
- The weekly fee is $205 for currently enrolled students in our school year program.
- The weekly fee is $210 for new and returning campers.
